WebMail
Webmail is a web based service, it doesn't require any proprietary dial-in software. All you need is a computer with Internet access using a Web browser.
At Kiwilink we will not bounce your emails when you have exceed your disk space quota. We will notify you and then give you a week to either clean up your emails or alternatively upgrade you to a plan that suits your needs.
POP3 & IMAP
POP3 is the most recent version of a standard protocol for receiving e-mail. POP3 is designed to delete mail on the server as soon as the user has downloaded it and therefore it is normally a FREE service. However you can request POP3 email messages to be stored on the server.

Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP). IMAP provides the user more capabilities for retaining e-mail on the server and for organizing it in folders on the server. IMAP can be thought of as a remote file server.
Unlike POP3 (standard email service), which deletes your emails as you download them, IMAP continuous to leave your emails on our servers as copies. This is useful for when your computer/laptop dies or get stolen, also when you need to access your emails from several machines or different locations.
IMAP also gives you the ability to download email on a PDA device such as a Treo, Blackberry, etc.

Secure Remote Authentication:
Secure Remote Authentication service enables you to receive and respond to your Kiwilink email using any network that you are connected to. This means that you will not need to make changes to your smtp settings as you travel around or utilise other ISP connections just to be able to send and receive emails. Great for Businesses who do a lot of travelling! Cost is $2.50 per month.
Anti Spam / Anti Virus
We offer 2 options:
1. Use our FREE email hosting industry wide Open Source Spam Assassin Spam filter.
2. Use our premium corporate quality and feature rich MailMarshal product. As well as having a self service portal and additional features Mail Marshal is a leader in the Anti spam/virus industry so there will certainly be less spam to deal with. The cost is $4 per month for each email address.
