Broadband and VoIP Phone Line Bundle
Go to the broadband and VoIP phone line bundle plan to get our best broadband and phone line deal.
International add-on plan
Purchase a $5.50 per month international add-on plan for either UK, USA, Australia or China and only pay 4 cents per min.
National add-on plan
Purchase a $5.50 per month national add-on plan and only pay 3 cents per min for national calls.
Mobile add-on plan
Purchase a $5.50 per month mobile add-on plan for and only pay 22 cents per min for mobile calls.
Other details
With our VoIP service you get to keep your existing or setup up a new NZ local telephone number. To make a VoIP call there are 3 options.
- You can use an additional piece of equipment (Analog Telephone Adaptor or ATA) that connects to your standard everyday analog telephone, or
- You can download our supported softphone Xlite and use the following Xlite configuration instructions.
- Or you can us a IP Phone that plugs directly into your network
All new connections require a $50 100% refundable security deposit for calls being made. This is refundable at the end of service.
You will have access to our Kiwilink VoIP Control Panel to:
- Manage your phone features
- Check your call logs
- Read your voicemail
- Add services
- Set calendar task & alarms

Please note that call features such as auto-attendant, conference calling are not available with residential plans. Residential plans are only to be used for 2 or less phone lines. Due to the extra support needs of businesses residential lines can not be used in a business.
