New Broadband Connections
If you do not already have broadband we can arrange it all. We liaise with Telecom & Telstra. To get connected just complete the on line form by clicking here. The following apply to new connections:
Connection Fee
For new connections there is no setup fee when you sign up for 12 months. If you require a technician to visit e.g. where the alarm is on the same phone line as the broadband, this will cost $149.
Hardware
You will need an ADSL Router. We can supply Linksys Routers. These have their own power supply and built in firewall. We supply both single routers, multiport routers (where you have several computers) and also wireless routers. We do not recommend the sometimes cheaper USB ADSL modems.
