Hardware Returns Policy

As part of our hardware returns we have 3 options available for clients

1. Kiwilink Preimium Option

Kiwilink will replace the faulty hardware device as soon as practically possible. This is dependent on available equipment.
Customer will send Kiwilink the faulty hardware device
Kiwilink will test the hardware to verify fault and if possible upgrade software (ie firmware to fix fault) and send back to you.
If the hardware device is still faulty Kiwilink will return the hardware to the Manufacturer
The replaced device will go back to Kiwilink stock

This service is above standard process for hardware returns and the cost for this service is $25 + GST (and excludes postage and packaging required)

2. Manufacturer Standard Option

Customer will send Kiwilink or the manufacturer the faulty hardware device to be replaced
If sent to Kiwilink then Kiwilink will complete the return the device to the manufacturer
Manufacturer or Kiwilink will send device back to customer
Customer will need their own device (if available) to use until new replacement is provided

This service is at no cost except for any postage and packaging required
