The Service is a two way satellite broadband connection covering New Zealand. The satellite resides at 120±1 degree East orbital slot and provides coverage over New Zealand via the Southern Pacific Ku beams.

Coverage: Anywhere in NZ as long as there is clear view to western sky at the angle of 280 degree due North and 15 degree elevation from
the horizontal.

Satellite equipment (indoor unit and outdoor unit) $1500 + GST.

Standard Installation is $600 + GST and + plus mileage. Standard installation consists of:
1) Mounting 1 x 2m roof mount.
2) Installing 15m of cable to indoor unit.
3) Connection from indoor unit to 1 computer via a 2m Ethernet cable.
4) Configuration of 1 computer to access Internet.

If no connection can be established due to line of site obstacles, and customer does not want to install Satellite or Wireless
alternatives, a site inspection fee and mileage after 30km will apply.
– If an obstruction is present we may have alternative solutions available to help secure a connection.
– Mileage is not included in this summary. Once the installer has completed the installation, distance to site will be recorded. This will be calculated and the appropriate charge if any will be included in your first month invoice for subscription.
– Customer to provide good quality filtered power supply for hardware.
